The Department of Immunology at the Institute of Immunology headed by H.-J- Thiesen is highly dedicated
to determine functionalities of human KRAB zinc finger proteins from tetrapod evolution to clinical medicine:
- Project 1 - Expression profiling of ZNF genes
- Project 2 - Functional perturbations of KRAB-mediated repression of gene activation
- Project 3 - In vivo characterization of ZNF10 target genes
